To reset the earbuds, place both of them into the charging case (must be in the charging status), then hold the multi-function button on each earbud for 8 seconds until the white light flashes, and the red light goes on for 1 second.

What should I do if only one earbud plays music or I can't use the two earbuds simultaneously? First, check the pairing status. In Unpair Mode, the two white indicators of the earbuds will turn on and flash continuously. In Pairing Mode, one white indicator will flash while the other is off. To resolve the issue, put the earbuds back into the case, toggle off the Bluetooth on your devices, and delete "T59" from the Bluetooth list. Then, take the earbuds out, simultaneously double-click the button on each earbud, and put them back into the case. After that, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and reconnect the earbuds.
